What if my checked baggage is damaged during the flight?

We encourage you to review NokScoot's Conditions of Carriage for general exclusions on baggage claims before your submission.

If you have done so and would like to submit a claim, then your claim must be done in writing within the stipulated time upon your completion of journey with NokScoot:

  • 07 days for damaged baggage
  • 21 days for delayed baggage
