I have my own wheelchair. What procedures must I follow?

You will have to notify NokScoot, preferably at the time of your booking or at least 3 days before your flight departure date, whichever is earlier. It is necessary for you to call our Call Centre to provide details about the type of wheelchair you have and the degree of assistance you require.

If you require assistance to get to and from the aircraft even though you have your own wheelchair, we will be able to assist in most cases. Please note that there may be a charge for this service.
