You will have to notify our Call Centre to request for special assistance services, preferably at the time of your booking or at least 3 days before your flight departure date. Please provide details about the type of assistance you require, so that we may determine the appropriate equipment and level of assistance to you. Where applicable, you will be required to make payment at the time of your request.
In cases where the aircraft is parked at a remote bay and aerobridges are not available, the use of high-lift may be required. Wheelchair and high-lift services are provided by third party service partners and are chargeable.
Wheelchair assistance requests must be made at least 3 days in advance via our Call Centre. Our third-party service partners reserve the right to respectfully reject any requests made at the airport.
The service may not be available on all routes due to such factors as local airport limitations.
